iUndersell.com offers a 7 day return policy. Merchandise returned within
the 7 day return period
will receive a 100% refund. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Only if you received the wrong or defective items you have 7 days from when the
mail carrier says you received it (No
exceptions). Merchandise returned for refund during the 7 day return period
that is not defective or an incorrect order is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No exceptions. The Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling
charges on all returned items. All returns must obtain an email approval from
iUndersell.com. Any return we receive without an email approval will not be
returned to you and no credit issued. Approval emails are valid for 7 days from
date of issuance. Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition,
with all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, inserts,
warranty card(s), software, cables and accessories. Additional charges may
apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition.
Before requesting an email approval, make sure that you have read and
understood clearly our Return Policy.

Email approvals will be emailed to customer within 24 to 48 hours.
When shipping your package, we recommend that you insure the package you are
returning. In the event the package is lost or damaged in transit,
iUndersell.comproof of
delivery. A copy of the return email must be included in the
package. Please do not mark the box itself in any other way.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these
requirements.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund,
we will credit the approved refund amount to the original credit card used for
purchase.
Defective Merchandise
All products sold at iUndersell.com are covered by the Manufacturer's warranty.
We stands behind the quality and condition of all merchandise sold.
If your merchandise arrives malfunctioning or appears to be defective, please
contact iUndersell.com and we will do an exchange of the same product.
You have seven (7) days from when you receive your merchandise to inspect it
for any malfunctions or defects. The seven (7) day period starts from the
day our postal carrier says in their records that you receive the product(s).
If we do not have that particular merchandise, you will receive a comparable
replacement of iUndersell.com's choosing. The Customer is responsible for
return shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
Damaged Merchandise
In the event that your merchandise arrives to you in physically damaged
condition due to transit damage, please email us at returns@iundersell.com. You
must make claims for damage within 3 days of delivery. After this allotted
time, we cannot accept responsibility for the claim. We will contact the
delivery carrier on your behalf and have the merchandise picked up and
inspected. Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping carton. Upon
receipt of damaged merchandise to our office, a replacement unit of the same
model will be shipped to you.
Cancelled Orders/Refused Shipments
At iUndersell.com, we make every effort to ship orders expeditiously. Canceled
orders and merchandise that is refused will be subject to a full refund.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your
order prior to shipping, please email us as soon as possible at service@iundersell.com.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT RETURNS ON CELL PHONES:
In order to keep providing low prices to all customers, we must institute these
policies to avoid customer fraud. All returned phones are powered on and
thoroughly inspected for damage. Any returns that do not meet the following
guidelines may be refused and returned to you or your credit amount may be
reduced or no credit may be issued at all.
1.Any returned cell
phone must include the original box with matching identification EIN and Serial
numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped
you.
2.We will not accept
returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been
wet. We're sorry, but if you damage it, we can't accept it back. In the very
rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it the damage must be
reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return
authorization and EXCHANGE the damage phone for a like or similar model
depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
3.We will not accept
returns or process exchanges on phones damaged by water or any liquids. We know
it might have been an accident, but whether it suffered a small splash of water
or a swim in an ocean, we can not take it back. There are test indicators in the
phone that indicate it has been wet, so even if it dries out, the indicator
will still tell us it has been wet.
To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do
not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or
any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid. Once these items leave
our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.
All
returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns
on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
All images are for illustration only, and may not
represent the product described.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Due
to the nature of the following items, we cannot allow returns or exchanges on
any type of media products, Opened software, batteries, extended warranties,
special orders, AC Adapters, memory and printers are not returnable. Shipping
and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any
shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
